“ The picture you see below was NOT my full plate. It was so delicious I didn’t think about taking a photo until I was more than halfway done with my Philly cheese steak and onion rings. The food was AMAZING!! The outdoor tables offered a pretty view of the train depot and the server was great. And the biggest reason for a great review: my 4 year old who will not consume a cheeseburger from ANYWHERE except McDs ate his entire cheeseburger and fries and LOVED it!! ”
“ Had a quick stop here for a late lunch. I had the garlic Sriracha wings, fried okra, and a salad. It was just what I needed. Loved sitting by the ledge outside. I enjoyed watching the people walking by as well as the train arrival. Lots of beer options. ”
“ Very friendly and efficient staff. Great bar selection of mixed drinks and beers. We were there during a busy dinner time, so the food took a little long to come out. But once the food got to our table it was fresh, hot and great tasting. ”
“ While vacationing nearby my family decided to try this local pub. It was lunchtime and nearly empty. We prefer it that way! Our server was very kind but seemed really busy with getting the opening duties completed. We decided to sit outside on the patio which was nice. The restrooms were clean. The menu had varying options—seemed like even the pickiest eater could find something. My family enjoyed burgers, chicken cheesesteak, corn dogs and grilled cheese. The adults sampled local brews from Mountain Layers Brewing Co which were delicious. Reasonably priced—we had 5 meals, 3 soft drinks and 2 draft beers for a total of $90ish. ”
“ The laid-back style and personal conversations made me feel like I had been there a thousand times. My dog was welcomed inside by staff and other patrons, even though he was a puppy and still learning his manners. There is a strong community feeling, where everyone is welcome. And the food is amazing!! We had the burger, chicken fingers, and BLT. Everything was cooked to perfection. It was so much better than the "from the freezer" food that other places serve. Each meal tasted home cooked and from scratch. Highly recommend this place!! ”
